LYT-Grease 300 is a silicone thermal grease with medium thermalconductivity, and its excellent thixotropy ensures that it will notself-flow or increase the difficulty of application during dispensingor screen printing. Excellent wettability can make it fully fill the contactinterface, minimize the interface thermal resistance, and form goodwetting with the two interfaces after device assembly, reduce thecontact thermal resistance of the system. The lower viscosity is suitable for fast large-areascreen printing or stencil printing.
